Over his six years at Budvar, Josh helped transform the Czech lager into a modern international success story — shaping strategy and campaigns across 70 markets, launching award-winning digital platforms, and balancing sales activation with long-term brand building. His work earned Budvar recognition at the European Content Awards, Beer & Cider Marketing Awards, and Craft Beer Marketing Awards.
After Budvar, Josh served as Head of Marketing at The Royal Mint, leading international teams, shaping product strategy, and expanding the customer base across more than 80 markets.
