Global and local market trends show consumers are increasingly looking for products without added sugar. Instead, they want products with alternative sweeteners, or where sugar is replaced with natural fruit extracts. There’s also pressure to add as little preservatives and flavour enhancers as possible. So with our design, we sought to be very minimalistic to accentuate the product’s true nature. That meant witty writing and a hand-drawn illustration of fruit for the packaging – with no added elements.
